Meet The Team

Toks obtained a bachelor’s in computer engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. Upon graduation Toks went on to have a successful career in the Consulting Industry, having worked for companies several top Global Consulting firms focusing on Business Management Solutions. Currently Toks serves as the Managing Partner for Paul and Grace Holdings.

​Toks is a passionate and dynamic professional that has traveled and worked across the Globe, leveraging his strong leadership, communication, and people skills to form long lasting relationships that facilitate delivering successful projects. Toks has sold and managed projects over an estimated value of $360 Million over his career.

Prior to arriving at Paul & Grace Holdings, LLC, Anthony began his working career in 1999 at the Global IT consulting firm Accenture where he managed multi-million dollar projects within their Health and Life Sciences Practice for Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical clients across North America for 8.5 years. He left Accenture in 2007 and joined Merck & Co, as a Global Director of Information Technology supporting their Discovery and Preclinical Early Development Division and currently a Vice President with P&G holdings.

​Anthony is 1994 graduate of Springfield Township High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering, majoring in Industrial Engineering. He is also a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Board of Directors for the Spartan Football Alumni Association, and Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc . A very proud and active Kappa man for the past 24 years, Anthony was initiated into the Mu Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc at Clarion University on March 13, 1997 and has served in many capacities within the Fraternity since his undergrad years, including the Polemarch of Mu Phi Chapter and also on the Board of Directors for the East Central Province. He is currently on the Board of Directors as well as the President of the Krimson Foundation President within the Abington-Ambler Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc which provides mentoring to the minority youth of Eastern Montgomery County of Pennsylvania.

ohn Morgan joins Paul & Grace Holding LLC, with over 23 years of entrepreneurship, consulting operations, management, and business development experience with fortune one hundred and five hundred companies including Compass Group, United Technologies, ThyssenKrupp A.G. and BrightView Landscapes. John brings a wealth of sales and operational experience in all verticals. Throughout his career, he has managed and sold projects over an estimated value of three hundred million dollars. 

 

As an entrepreneur John formally owned GreeCon Elevator Group, LLC and currently owns Highland Professional Services LLC. John is an enthusiastic, positive professional who has worked across the country, leveraging his strong leadership, communication, and people skills to form long lasting relationships that have resulted in successful projects. 

 

John obtained a bachelor’s in marketing and sales from Tuskegee University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Originally from Los Angeles but has called Maryland home for the past 24 years. When John is not working, he enjoys giving back to his community as HOA President, playing golf, cooking, reading, travelling the world, and spending time with his two children and wife of 18 years.
