Paul & Grace Holdings LLC, (PGH) is a minority owned Land Development and Construction company dedicated to creating inspirational, environment friendly iconic projects that will enrich neighborhoods and create a sense of community amongst people that fosters joy and happiness.

Operating in the state of Maryland with offices in Philadelphia and Upper Marlboro, MD. P&GH was founded in 2020 by its Managing Partner Toks Oyelola, joined by John Morgan and Anthony Horton. Paul and Grace Holdings named after Toks’ parents is inspired by family values and believing in one’s dreams.

P&GH’s mission statement “Beauty in Creating Value out of Nothing” stems from the team’s unique eye for finding and initiating special projects being a catalyst in the real estate supply chain life cycle.
